The second competition of "quality cooperation team" in the assembly workshop
In order to strengthen the team building of the assembly line team, further enhance the teamwork and cohesion between employees, and promote the awareness of product quality among employees, on the afternoon of November 4, the trade union of Jiangmen Jinling Exhaust Fan Manufacturing Co., Ltd. held the second competition of "quality collaboration team" in the assembly workshop, with active participation of employees, and a total of 4 teams participated in the competition, reaching 38 people.
At the competition site, the employees of each participating team had a clear division of labor, skillful operation, and completed product production and quality inspection quickly and efficiently.
After fierce competition, the winning teams were: first place: assembly 3A group, team members were: Wei Xiaoxian, Tan Qunhao, Lin Qingxiu, Wu Huiying, Gan Qiongfen, Deng Shujuan, Zhuo Rongzhen, Li Xiuyuan, Li Weiping, Chen Junchu; Second place: Assembly Group 3B, team members are: Huang Jianlan, Wang Yueying, Li Meixian, Zhu Xuelian, Ye Junlian, Xu Xuemei, Qiu Xiuhong, Li Yankai, Huang Qingnian, Pang Weiguang; Lu Ruifang, chairman of the trade union, Zhao Xiumei, vice chairman of the trade union, and other relevant leaders cheered for the contestants, and awarded bonuses and honorary certificates to the winning employees.
Through this competition, it not only improves the vocational skills and professionalism of employees to "learn, compare, catch up and surpass", but also sets off an upsurge of learning technology, practicing skills and strengthening quality, and effectively promotes the construction of enterprise teamwork.
