散热风扇：使用散热风扇要注意什么？

工厂的常用设备将使用散热风扇。由于环境原因，车间内许多设备扬尘大，通风不良。如果长期使用，设备会积聚大量的碎屑和灰尘，无法有效散热。应用冷却风机可以解决这些问题，降低设备的温度和粉尘，加强通风，有效延长设备的使用寿命。交流散热风扇和直流散热风扇的区别。前者为交流电源，供电电压为正负交变，不同于直流风扇供电电压。根据电路控制，两组线圈交替，产生不同的磁场。由于交流风扇的电源频率是固定的，硅钢片产生的磁变化速度由工频决定。频率越高，磁场开关速度越快，理论速度越快，就像直流风扇点数越多，速度越快。但是频率不能太快，太快会形成困难。请勿触摸散热风扇周围的叶片和电源线，或拉动电源线，以免损坏转轴和电源线；防止灰尘、水滴、昆虫进入，影响产品寿命和不良产品的消费；不使用易燃气体和任何有害环境；内使用，由于存储环境不同，长期存储会影响风扇的性能。
