In order to mobilize the production enthusiasm of front-line employees and help improve production, reduce costs and increase efficiency, on the afternoon of December 9, the trade union of Jiangmen Jinling Exhaust Fan Manufacturing Co., Ltd. held a competition of "shaded pole motor welding wire" in the motor workshop, and 11 employees participated in the competition.
The participating employees used their dexterous hands and wise minds to present their skills and show them in the labor competition

After fierce competition, the top six winners in this competition are: first place: Wu Meitian; Second place: Peng Liyan; Third place: Wen Yanhuan; Fourth place: Zhou Yuying; Fifth place: Chen Shunyin; Sixth place: Wang Guiping. Lu Ruifang, chairman of the trade union, Zhao Xiumei, vice chairman, Chen Dongsen, director of the motor workshop, and other relevant leaders cheered for the contestants, and awarded bonuses and honorary certificates to the winning employees.
